LATE PAYMENTS: Payments more than 5 days in arrears will be considered late and will incur a $20 late fee. Please contact the school office if
you experience a financial crisis.
VOLUNTARY WITHDRAWALS: Students attending school for any part of the month are
responsible for the full payment for that month. Fees, of any kind, are non-refundable. When
withdrawing, fees or tuition will not be refunded. If tuition is paid in full, there is no refund.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS: Students with accounts more than 30 days in arrears will be
suspended or asked to withdraw until all due payments have been made. All deliquent
accounts must be paid in full before the following can occur for your child: release of any
and all records (i.e, report cards and transcripts), administration of semester exams,
registration for new school year and receiving a diploma.
TUITION INCREASE: Please allow and budget for a possible increase in tuition for the
2022/2023 school year. While tuition does not necessarily increase each year, there will be
an increase every few years.
RETURNED CHEQUES : There is a $30 charge for returned cheques.
